Refund & Return Policy

At TradeOrient Pakistan, we are committed to providing genuine IT products and professional service. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product is defective on arrival (DOA)
  • The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the confirmed order

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products imported or sourced on customer request / special order
  • Software licenses, activation keys, or digital products
  • Used, opened, or tampered products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, power surges, or unauthorized installation
  • Clearance, end-of-life (EOL), or discounted items (unless DOA)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  2. Share your order number, invoice, and clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

If approved, return instructions will be provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
  • Bank charges, shipping, customs, and import duties (if any) are non-refundable

5. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product, subject to availability
  • If the item is out of stock, a refund or alternative product may be offered

Replacement timelines may vary based on supplier or import lead time.


6. Warranty Claims

  • Products covered under manufacturer or seller warranty will be handled as per warranty terms
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, voltage issues, or unauthorized repairs
  • Customers may be required to coordinate directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center

7. Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), TradeOrient Pakistan will bear return shipping costs
  • For all other approved returns, shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before processing or shipment
  • Once an order is confirmed, processed, or imported, cancellation is not allowed

9. Policy Updates

TradeOrient PK reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
